Business Development Manager

Location : Mumbai

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field with 3-4 years experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles preferably in the service industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and present proposals effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Call Center Manager

Location : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in any stream with 1-4 years experience in a Call Center.
  • A thorough understanding of all aspects of call center operations, including inbound and outbound call handling, customer service, sales, technical support, and escalation procedures.
